Study preparation programme “Fit fürs Studium”
The programme is intended for students who have already obtained their university entrance qualification (e.g. they have completed one year of study at a Ukrainian higher education institution) and want to prepare for a full course of study (degree seeking) at Trier University, Trier University of Applied Sciences or another German higher education institution.
- Intensive German courses B1-C1
- events for study preparation and individual learning consultation
- in total 25 hours/ week

Students enrolled in courses of study at the University of Trier and PHD students, who are in financial need due to the war in Ukraine can apply for a partial scholarship from funds of the Scholarship Foundation Rhineland-Palatinate:

Support for students of partner universities
Since WS 2022/23 the University of Trier offers students of the partner university Ukrainian - American Concordia University in Kiyv the opportunity to spend one or two semesters as exchange students in Trier.
This opportunity is only available to students from partner universities of Trier University. Faculty or staff of Ukrainian universities interested in cooperation with Trier University should contact the International Office.
